Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the
organization
Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
Administration & Liaison work
Desired Candidate Profile :
Candidate should be B.Com /M com with MBA in HR having minimum work experience of 5-7
years in desired filed .
Good communication skills in written and verbal both.
Knowledge of HR & IR regulations & systems
Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation & leadership skill
Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of
the company
In-depth knowledge of labour law and HR/IR
