| The production process at Injectoplast is upheld by a sophisticated infrastructure. Latest technologies & state-of-art facilities are utilized to ensure the smooth running of production process & the production of flawless products. Kanpur Plant was setup in the year 1988 with 7 injection moulding machines to handle engineering thermoplastics and thermoset materials. All machines are closed loop computer controlled and supported with Auxiliary equipment like Mould temperature Controller, Hopper dryers, and loaders etc. Plant is having in-house tool maintenance, modification and manufacuring setup. |

| |
lnjectoplast has set up a new manufacturing facility at Kanpur to acquire new capabilities in diverse processing techniques. This facility has state-of-art Press Blow Moulding system from Germany for manufacturing of CVJ and Rack & Pinion Boots. This facility is also having Gas Assist Injection Moulding machines for the manufacturing of Grab and Assist Handles.

Injectoplast has set up its second facility for injection moulding at Chennai to cater the industrial sector concentrated down South. This Unit is having state-of-art plant & machinery to produce Hi-tech & high performance engineering thermoplastic injection moulding parts for demanding Industrial applications.
Here we have a unique capability of metal to plastic Insert Moulding for critical auto components by using Vertical Injection Moulding Machines . Plant is having in-house tool maintenance, modification and manufacuring setup.
Injetoplast has set up a dedicated new shed in the existing facility at Chennai to cater the export requirements of Ford North America.
Injetoplast Chennai unit has been recognized with prestigious Ford Q1 Award for its consistent performance in Quality, Delivery and implementation of Ford specific requirements related to quality and environment management systems.
Hyundai Motor India (HMI) awarded Injectoplast Chennai unit its one of the prestigious SQ Mark Certification for outstanding performance in the quality management systems. |
