Product Development & Tool Manufacturing

Injectoplast has a State of Art Tool Room equipped with CAD/CAM facility, EDM machines and basic machinery for manufacturing of new tools and maintaining the running Tools. We have the capability of carrying out tool modifications In-house to meet the changing customer requirements.

PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT: Injectoplast is having a dedicated set-up for product development which typically includes designing, prototyping and tool manufacturing. These activities are carried out In-house as well as from outside sub-contractors. The outside resources include tool rooms in India and abroad like Korea, Taiwan, Singapore and Germany. The source of tooling is decided depending upon the size and complexity of the Tool.

Injectoplast is having following CAD/CAM Softwares compatible with all translators -

	IDEAS
	SOLIDEDGE
	PRO-E ,
	UNIGRAPHICS
	MASTER CAM etc.

Recently our lead time is 45 days for the first off sample, which we are working to minimize further. We fully comply with all the requirements set forth in the PPAP manual as released by AIAG. PPAP approval is received prior to shipment of production parts. We utilize the APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning) manual as a means to define and establish steps necessary to assure that the products meet the specified requirements. In addition, any specific requirements as prescribed by any customer are also complied with. We have established and implemented APQP & Control Plan to facilitate communication with all the team members involved and to ensure that all steps are completed in time.
Injectoplast has established a Project Management System in the organization to ensure timely and smooth completion of the new projects.This system is collectively managed by a team of qualified engineers working dedicatedly on the running projects under the guidance of a highly qualified and experienced Project Manager. The project team works in close coordination with the customers and suppliers round the clock to the make project successful . Injectoplast has provided Program Management Support at the various customer locations abroad to have a better coordination between both the parties ..
