We are
delighted to share the experience of Annual outing what Injectoplast Kanpur organized at
Sports
Village,
Kanpur on 15th April
2008. All the members of the Injectoplast family had participated
in the event and enjoyed it. This
is the platform where our M.D. share his views on the last year company
performance and give us guiding tips to achieve the target for the coming year.
Overall emphasis was laid to
face the new challenges / projects coming ahead of us & how to prepare
ourselves to face them. The change in economy in the global market is becoming a
challenge to auto field. The key for organization’s success depends on the
employees self realization of his Job responsibilities & alertness towards problem solving . He also encouraged team
work with in the organization as a key factor for success.
M.D. distributed certificates and
awards to the employees based on their Job performance in the last year. This
year we had few more categories and distributed the prizes into different
categories.
In
the free time between prize distribution & lunch, we organized the Cultural
events in which Injectoplast family’s hidden talents come out to perform and
they show their talents on jokes, singing, Anchoring etc. Employees enjoyed the
facilities provided by the Sports
Village
like water sliding with DJ, sports facilities etc
